by a poet who then ordered the chowder. Grass
         tells a story of listening

It could have been:

• bouillabaisse
• vichyssoise
• gazpacho

But it wasn't.

It was "the chowder".

Could it have been Shark's Fin? Bird's Nest? Egg Drop?
